CO₂ Exchange/Return - Shipping & Handling Instructions

Cirkul Plus™ CO₂ cylinders must be packaged in specially marked boxes compliant with shipping regulations; the exchange/return packaging provided by Cirkul® comes with all necessary labels and permits. Do not use other boxes to avoid any potential shipping issues. Do NOT cover any Department of Transportation (DOT), green diamond markings and/or DOT-SP Numbers.

Need to return your empty CO₂ cylinder? Here's how:

Prepare the Return Box:

- Open the CO₂ Refill Box and remove the prepaid shipping label.

Extend the Interior Flap:

- Inside the box you will find an interior flap.

- Gently extend this flap to create a secure compartment for the CO₂ cylinder.

Place the First CO₂ Cylinder:

- Place the clear cap onto the empty CO₂ cylinder.

- Place the empty CO₂ cylinder snugly into the slot near the extended flap.

Close the Interior Flap:

- Place interior flap over the top and side of the empty CO₂ cylinder.

Add a Second Cylinder (if needed):

- If you have a second CO₂ cylinder to return, place it in the box on top of the flap.

Close the Box:

- Tuck in all remaining flaps securely.

- Ensure the box is sealed correctly. Use packing tape to make sure the box stays closed while in transit.

Attach the Prepaid Shipping Label:

- Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside bottom of the box, ensuring it does NOT cover any Department of Transportation (DOT) labels or markings (i.e., SP-21733 number or the Green Diamond).

Mail the Box:

- To arrange a return pickup, please contact FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 or visit Fedex.com/ReturnPickup. Additional information can be found on the following slide.

Contact FedEx to Schedule a Pickup

  • Do not physically go to a FedEx location; you will need to schedule a pickup.
  • You can do this by either calling FedEx or scheduling a pickup online.

  • Say “Ground Return Pickup”
