    • Q: How does a Cirkul trial work?
      • A: When you sign up for a Trial Kit and select to be on Auto-Ship your first Auto-Ship order will process in 30 days. You will receive an email reminder 2 days before your order processes. You are free to change flavors or quantities from your account page. Auto-Ship orders will continue with shipments at regular monthly intervals with the quantity and flavors you desire, once again - all easily managed from your account page.

        You’re always in control of your plan and can update flavors, delay or accelerate your order date, or cancel at anytime!
    • Q: What do I need to get started with Cirkul?
      • A: You'll need one Bottle and one Lid to get started. Then the fun starts—you can pick as many flavors as you want! Click here to build your kit.
    • Q: How do I install a Shock Sleeve?

    • Q. My bottle drips, help!
      • A. Uh oh! If the drips were intended, we'd have included an umbrella with your order! All jokes aside, Cirkul is the first product to flavor as you drink, and as a result - there can sometimes be a small amount of water left in the flavor chamber of the cartridge when you take a sip. To ensure that the delicious water ends up in your mouth and not on your shirt, just keep on lightly sippin' as you tilt the bottle down and the water flows away from the lid.

    • Q. How long will one Cirkul flavor cartridge last?
      • A. One Cirkul flavor cartridge (also called a “Sip”) flavors about 132 ounces of water, depending on the flavor dial setting. With a 22oz Bottle that is about 6 fill ups. With a 12oz bottle that is about 11 fill ups. With a 32oz Bottle that is about 4 fill ups.
    • Q. How many ounces of water does the Cirkul bottle hold?
      • A. You have your choice of 3 Bottle sizes! 12oz, 22oz, and 32oz.
    • Q. Can I use a Cirkul cartridge on a different lid?
      • A. Cirkul cartridges (also called a “Sip”) are only compatible with Cirkul Lids.
    • Q. Do Cirkul cartridges contain artificial coloring?
      • A. Nope! Our blends have no artificial colorings (or flavors, for that matter.) Our videos sometimes utilize color to visually indicate flavor change, but in reality Cirkul is colorless, which means no stains!
    • Q. Are the Cirkul cartridges recyclable?
      • A. Our cartridges are made of #5 plastic, which is recyclable in communities that accept it. The inside of the cartridge contains a foil pouch which is not recyclable. The cartridge can be disassembled for proper sorting of materials.

    • Q. Do any flavors have no sweetener at all?
      • A. Yes, our line of PureSips have zero added sweetener, just all natural flavor essence!
    • Q. Does the Cirkul lid only work on the Cirkul bottle?
      • A. We're partial to our bottle, but we understand that you might have one you know and love. That's why we designed our lid to work with the Cirkul bottle and also many other wide-mouth water bottles including Nalgene, CamelBak, Contigo, Hydro Flask, and Klean Kanteen.*

    • Q. How do I install the Flow Filter?
      • A. The Flow Filter can only be installed on the New Comfort Grip Lid. Just turn your Lid over, turn the Flow Filter ¼ turn and it will snap into place!

      • A: Sips are the flavor cartridges. The Sip holds the flavor and also provides the spout and spout cover.
    • Q: What flavors does Cirkul offer?
      • A: We currently have 39 flavors in 6 categories.

      • A: Absolutely! We’re constantly trying new blends in our goal to offer the most delicious, custom, convenient, and clean hydration option around!
    • Q: How many calories are in Cirkul Sips?
      • A: All Cirkul flavor blends have 0 calories.
    • Q: How much sugar do Cirkul Sips have?
      • A: All Cirkul flavor blends are sugar free.
    • Q: Do Cirkul Sips have artificial coloring?

    • Q: What types of sweeteners are used in Cirkul Sips?
      • A: Cirkul flavor blends are sweetened with either sucralose, stevia, or no sweetness at all (just pure flavor essence) depending on the flavor. Cirkul isn’t here to tell people what sweetener they should or shouldn’t use, we are just hoping to give everyone a custom, convenient, and clean way to drink more water! Cirkul formulas do not use aspartame or acesulfame potassium. Your health is our top priority as we continue to develop more products and flavor formulas.
    • Q: What is sucralose?
      • A: Sucralose is a calorie free sweetener that is recognized by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as safe for the general population, pregnant women and children. All of the delicious sweetness, with none of the calories.
    • Q: Why do some flavors use Stevia?
      • A: Stevia leaf extract is another natural flavor with zero calories that some individuals prefer. Cirkul takes great pride in offering different options to satisfy the needs of every lifestyle.
    • Q: Is the Cirkul Sip also a water filter?
      • A: Cirkul Sips only enhance water. However, we also offer the Cirkul Flow Filter which removes chlorine from your water and enhances the flavor of your Sip.
    • Q: How do I know what flavor setting I'm on?
      • A: The flavor dial on the Sip is continuously adjustable from 0 (represented by an X) to 10. This allows you to dial in your perfect setting and remember it easily!
    • Q: Do Cirkul Sips need to be refrigerated?
      • A: Cirkul Sips can be stored at room temperature but feel free to store them in the refrigerator if you prefer.
    • Q: Can I freeze Cirkul Sips?
      • A: Cirkul Sips should not be kept in the freezer.
    • Q: Are Cirkul Sips refillable?
      • A: Cirkul Sips are not refillable.

    • Q: How long does a Cirkul Sip last?
      • A: On a medium setting of 4 in a 22 ounce Bottle, a single Sip will last around six Bottle fill ups (132 oz).
    • Q: How do I know when a Cirkul Sip is empty?
      • A: You will notice a significant drop off in flavor immediately. Pro-tip: give the dial a quick turn to 10 to test if there's any left, if not - time to pick a new flavor to enjoy!
    • Q: How does the cost compare to bottled beverages?
      • A: One Cirkul Sip enhances around 132 oz of water on average, so you can fill up your 22oz Cirkul Bottle six times before you need to change Sips! Auto-Ship and save to get flavorful bottle fill-ups for as low as 42 cents each! Additionally, Cirkul Sips are made with high quality ingredients, natural flavors, and a unique delivery system to provide you a healthy, customized beverage AND save you money.
    • Q: How big is a Cirkul Sip?
      • A: A Cirkul sip is 4" tall, about 1" wide, and weighs ~1 oz.
    • Q: Can I take Cirkul Sips through TSA?
      • A: Yes. Cirkul Sips are well under the 3 oz limit, so you can bring them with you to stay hydrated and save money wherever your travels take you!
    • Q: Are Cirkul Sips safe for diabetics to drink?
      • A: People with diabetes should always consult their physician, registered dietitian or certified diabetes educator to evaluate how certain foods can fit into their meal plan.     • Q: Are Cirkul Sips safe for children?

    • Q: Are Cirkul Sips safe for pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers?
      • A: Cirkul recommends talking to your physician or healthcare provider about adding anything to your diet while pregnant or breastfeeding.     • Q: I took my cartridge out and water is dripping from the bottom.
      • A: During use, the Sip can fill with water. After drinking, give it a few moments to clear the Sip before removing from the lid.

    Bottle & Lid

    • Q: How many ounces is the Cirkul bottle?
      • A: You have your choice of 3 Bottle sizes! 12oz, 22oz, and 32oz.
    • Q: My lid squeaks, help!
      • A: Not to worry, that's just an audible reminder of all the hydrating you're doing! Totally kidding, to stop the squeak - remove the lid from the bottle and wash it on the top rack of your dishwasher. The heat and warm water will help the valve relax and should stop the squeaks
    • Q: Does the Cirkul bottle fit in my car cup holder?
      • A: Yes, most car cupholders can accommodate the 12 oz and 22 oz Bottles. However, since all vehicles are different you may need an extender for the 32 oz Bottle.
    • Q: Does the water in my bottle have flavor left in it from the Cirkul Sip?
      • A: Cirkul's patented technology contains a one way valve that prevents any back flow from the Sip into the Bottle. Feel free to switch flavors in and out with the same water in your Bottle.
    • Q: Can I use Cirkul Sips with a different bottle?
      • A: Yep, all you need is our Cirkul lid and you're ready to rock. Our lid utilizes a standard wide-mouth fitment which means it will fit right on most popular wide-mouth water bottles that you may already own.
    • Q: Can I use sparkling water in my bottle?
      • A: Cirkul Sips can be used with plain or sparkling water.
    • Q: Is my bottle dishwasher safe?
      • A: Plastic Bottles, Squeeze Bottles and all Lids are top-rack dishwasher safe. Please wash your Stainless Steel Bottles and all Custom Bottles by hand. We recommend washing your Bottle and Lid before your first use and cleaning your Bottle and Lid at the end of each day of use.
    • Q: My bottle is squeaking when I drink.
      • A: That's just the air valve saying hello! All kidding aside, the air valve located on the top of the lid (which balances the pressure in the bottle) can sometimes squeak when you first receive it. After a few bottles it should stop. A cycle through the dishwasher (top rack only) also seems to help. It's one of those quirks that come with new products and we're working hard to get rid of it!     • Q: Can my bottle be dropped?
      • A: Cirkul’s Bottles can withstand drops from low heights depending on the surface. The recommendation is to treat your Bottle carefully to prevent any damage.
    • Q: Can I use hot water in my Cirkul bottle?
      • A: Cirkul Bottles are only meant to be used with cold or room temperature water.
    • Q: How many bottles of water does a Sip flavor in a Mini bottle?
      • A: The Mini Bottle uses the same Sips the standard Bottle uses, so 132oz or about 11 fill-ups on a standard setting.
    • Q: How many ounces is the Mini bottle?
      • A: The Mini Bottle is 12 ounces.

    Orders

    • Q: Can I change my shipment schedule?
      • A: Of course! If you aren't ready for your order, you can always simply push it back! To delay your order, log in to your profile at www.DrinkCirkul.com/Account and click the arrow in “Next Box Ships.” Your calendar will be displayed and you can select the date you would like your next order to process.
    • Q: What is your return policy?
      • A: Send us an email at help@drinkcirkul.com for any hiccups with your product or return requests! In large part, we do not accept returns, this is company policy to protect the integrity of the products and our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience but hope our priority is understandable as we value the trust our customers have in us.
    • Q: Can I send a gift from Cirkul to my friends or family?
      • A: We don't currently offer the ability to gift Auto-Ship plans to friends or family, but you can certainly order anything from our Products page and ship to others as a great gift!
    • Q: How much does shipping cost?
      • A: Trick question - Within the contiguous United States, we offer free shipping on any order over $15. Ship to Alaska and Hawaii for only $10!
    • Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
      • A: Currently we’re only offering Cirkul in the United States. We hope to bring Cirkul to more countries in the near future!
    • Q: I forgot my password.
      • A: Oops! Let's get you a new password. On our site, click "Log In" and select "Forgot Password". Type in your email and click "Submit". We'll send you an email immediately with instructions on how to reset your password.
    • Q: How do I change my log in/email?
      • A: Easy peasy - Log In to your account and select “Your Details”. Select the EMAIL section and update your info!
    • Q: How do I change my password?
      • A: Easy peasy - Log In to your account and select “Your Details”. Select the PASSWORD field, enter your old password, and update to your new one!
    • Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?
      • A: Typically, orders arrive within 5-7 business days. However, due to increased demand it may take longer. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way!
    • Q: Can I get products without Auto-Ship?
      • A: Certainly, just head on over to our Products page. Click on the product(s) you want to order, select the quantity and then press the “add to cart” button. Once you're done, click your cart to checkout and get your order on the way!
    • Q: How do I cancel my Auto-Ship agreement?
      • A: You can stop your Cirkul Sip deliveries with us at any time, for any reason, right on your profile page. Once you're logged in, click on "My Account", select "Your Details", and click “Cancel Your Plan”. On the next page, select the option that best applies as to why you are cancelling. Read over the tips and then the cancel button will appear at the bottom of the page. Close the dialog box and then the "Cancel Plan" button.
    • Q: How do I order a bottle?
      • A: Select “Products” at the top of the page, click on the bottle you want to order, select the quantity, and then press the “add to cart” button. Visit the shopping cart to finish your order.
    • Q: How do I order more cartridges?
      • A: Select “Products” at the top of the page. Click on the flavor cartridges you want to order, select the quantity, and then press the “add to cart” button. Visit the shopping cart to finish your order.
    • Q: How do you ship?
      • A: All orders are shipped USPS and DHL.
    • Q: Do you accept food stamps?
      • A: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept food stamps at this time. We're looking into the possibility and will update this section if it becomes available. Stay tuned!
    • Q: Are orders to the same address shipped together?
      • A: Orders are grouped & shipped based on email address, so orders to the same physical address may not always be shipped together.
    • Q: How do I remove something from my cart?
      • A: Click on “Cart” at the top right of the page. On this page select the orange ‘X’ next to the item you want to remove.
    • Q: My bottle is damaged.
      • A: Oh no! That's the last thing we want to hear! Please contact us at help@drinkcirkul.com with any concerns about damaged product so we can get you back to hydrating in a custom, convenient and clean way!

    • Q: Is Cirkul available at retail stores like Walmart, Target or Costco?
      • A: Cirkul has partnered with Bed Bath & Beyond to help make Cirkul Products more readily available to our awesome Sipsters! Of course Cirkul’s website at DrinkCirkul.com is filled with even more options than in retail locations and will be delivered directly to your door!

    Plans

    • Q: How do I modify my Plan online?
      • A: Cirkul Sipsters are always in the driver's seat and can make changes to their auto-shipment at any time. You can add or remove the number of Sips per shipment and also adjust any flavor selections all in the “My Account” page.
    • Q: How do I cancel my plan?
      • A: You can stop your Cirkul Sip deliveries with us at any time, for any reason, right on your profile page.

        Once you're logged in, click on "My Account", select “Your Details", then click “cancel your plan.” On the next page, select the option that best applies as to why you are cancelling. Read over the tips and then the cancel button will appear at the bottom of the page. Close the dialog box and then the "Cancel Plan" button. Here are some tips: If you need a Sips sooner than normal you can order from our Products page, or you can reschedule your next delivery at any time between shipments. Just email us at help@drinkcirkul.com.

        If you need your Sips sent to a different location (e.g. to a seasonal home), you can edit your address for each Auto-Ship online under your profile as well. Have more questions? Submit a request to help@drinkcirkul.com!
    • Q: Do I have to be on a monthly Auto-Ship to make an order?
      • A: If you’d rather order as-needed, you can go to the Products page of the Cirkul website, however - plan holders do get a nifty discount and some great benefits for being such loyal Sipsters!
    • Q: Can I order more as-needed products separate from my Auto-Ship order?
      • A: Of course you can! All you need to do is log in to your account, visit our Products page, and pick your goodies! This order will ship as soon as possible and separate from your auto-ship.

    Billing/Payment

    • Q: What payment methods do you accept?
      • A: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
    • Q: Do you accept Afterpay?
      • A: Yes! We accept Afterpay for on-demand orders only. With Afterpay you pay 25% of the total at check-out and your order ships right away. You're charged the remaining balance in 25% intervals over the next 6 weeks, each payment being 2 weeks apart, and with no interest. Just click on the Afterpay icon at checkout to set up your Afterpay account. For more information about Afterpay click here.
    • Q: My credit card was accidentally charged.
      • A: Please check your active auto-ship with Cirkul as an auto-ship may have occurred. To find that info, log in to your profile and select "Your Plan" under your account. Still have a question? Submit a request to help@drinkcirkul.com!
    • Q: I see ‘BrainTree’ on my bank statement - what’s that?
      • A: BrainTree is one of Cirkul’s payment partners. In some cases, you might see 'BrainTree' (or a variation of BrainTree) on your credit card statement within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Within a day, ‘Cirkul’ should appear on your statement in its place. If you have any questions or concerns about this, just reach out and we can help confirm your order!
    • Q: There is a $1 charge on my bank statement - what’s that about?
      • A: Awesome question! Don’t worry, that $1 is simply a holding charge. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will be charged for exactly the total of your order, and that $1 pending charge will disappear. It's just your bank talking to our bank saying "Yep, this is a real account."

    Rewards

    • Q: Can I refer and earn rewards for sharing?
      • A: Yes you can! Visit your profile and click on the Referral Program tab for your unique referral link, which you can copy and share through email, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
    • Q: What do I get for sharing?
      • A: When someone signs up using your unique referral code, you earn two free Sips. Once you have earned 10 referrals, you can claim a free Stainless Steel bottle!
    • Q: One of my friends signed up but I didn’t get credit, why?
      • A: To earn credit your friend needs to use your unique referral link that’s on your profile page or in the emails we send on your behalf. If your friend used another customer’s unique link or didn’t use a referral link you won’t be credited.
    • Q: I invited someone but they never received an invite.
      • A: Ask them to check their spam folder or you can copy and paste your unique code into a message and send it directly. If someone is already a Cirkul customer they will not be able to get additional invites.
