  • Q: How does a free trial work?
    • A: When you sign up for a free starter kit you’ll get a bottle, lid, and two Sips (Fruit Punch & Mixed Berry), all we ask is that you cover the shipping ($5).

      After about two weeks, we send you an email to see how the trial is going, and letting you know we will be sending you new Sips in our variety pack of 8 different flavors. You can then customize your first, or future orders based on the flavors you enjoy most easily from your account page. We’ll continue with shipments at a regular monthly interval with the quantity and flavors you desire, once again - all easily managed from your account page.

      You’re always in control of your plan and can update or cancel it at anytime!
  • Q. How long will one Cirkul flavor cartridge last?
    • A. One Cirkul flavor cartridge (also called a “Sip”) flavors between 40 to 80 ounces of water, depending on the setting used. It's about the same as four typical bottled beverages.
  • Q. How many ounces of water does the Cirkul bottle hold?
    • A. 22 ounces.
  • Q. Can I use a Cirkul cartridge on a different lid?
    • A. No, Cirkul cartridges are only compatible with Cirkul lids.
  • Q. Do Cirkul cartridges contain artificial coloring?
    • A. Nope! Our blends have no artificial colorings (or flavors, for that matter.) Our videos sometimes utilize color to visually indicate flavor change, but in reality Cirkul is colorless, which means no stains!
  • Q. Are the Cirkul cartridges recyclable?
    • A. Our cartridges are made of #5 plastic, which is recyclable in communities that accept it. The inside of the cartridge contains a foil pouch which is not recyclable. The cartridge can be disassembled for proper sorting of materials.

  • Q. Does the Cirkul lid only work on the Cirkul bottle?
    • A. We're partial to our bottle, but we understand that you might have one you know and love. That's why we designed our lid to work with the Cirkul bottle and also many other wide-mouth water bottles including Nalgene, CamelBak, Contigo, Hydro Flask, and Klean Kanteen.*

  • Q: What are Sips?
    • A: Sips are what we call our flavor cartridges. Our current Cirkul Sip categories are: LifeSip, FitSip, and GoSip.
  • Q: What flavors does Cirkul offer?
    • A: We currently offer 10 flavors in 3 different categories.
      LifeSips (with added B Vitamins): Fruit Punch, Coconut Pineapple, Raspberry Lemonade, Sweet Tea & Lemon

    • A: Absolutely! We’re constantly trying new blends in our goal to offer the most delicious, custom, convenient, and clean hydration option around!
  • Q: How many calories are in Cirkul Sips?
    • A: All of our blends have 0 calories.
  • Q: How much sugar do Cirkul Sips have?
    • A: All of our blends are sugar free.
  • Q: Do Cirkul Sips have artificial coloring?
    • A: Nope! Our blends have no artificial colorings (or flavors, for that matter.) Our videos sometimes utilize color to visually indicate flavor change, but in reality Cirkul is colorless, which means no stains!
  • Q: How long is a Cirkul Sip good for after opening?
    • A: The recommended expiration date for each Cirkul Sip is stamped on each individual Sip's packaging. In addition, we recommend consuming a Cirkul Sip within 10 days of opening it.
  • Q: What types of sweeteners are used in Cirkul Sips?
    • A: We sweeten our blends with sucralose or stevia, depending on the flavor. We're not here to tell people what they should or shouldn't use as sweetener, we're just hoping to give everyone a custom, convenient, and clean way to drink more water! Our formulas do not use aspartame or acesulfame potassium, and other sweeteners. Your health is our top priority as we continue to develop both our products and flavor formulas.
  • Q: What is sucralose?
    • A: Sucralose is a calorie free sweetener that is recognized by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as safe for the general population, pregnant women and children. All of the delicious sweetness, with none of the calories.
  • Q: Why do some flavors use Stevia?
    • A: Stevia leaf extract is another natural flavor with zero calories that some individuals prefer. We take great pride in offering different options to satisfy the the needs of every lifestyle.
  • Q: Is the Cirkul Sip also a water filter?
    • A: Cirkul Sips only enhance water. We are currently investigating filtering solutions to purify and enhance your water. Stay tuned!
  • Q: How do I know what flavor setting I'm on?
    • A: The flavor dial on the Sip is continuously adjustable from 0 (represented by an X) to 10. This allows you to dial in your perfect setting and remember it easily!
  • Q: Do Cirkul Sips need to be refrigerated?
    • A: No. Cirkul Sips can be stored at room temperature.
  • Q: Can I freeze Cirkul Sips?
    • A: Cirkul Sips should not be kept in the freezer.

    • A: On our medium setting, a single Sip will last around four bottle fill ups (80oz).
  • Q: How do I know when a Cirkul Sip is empty?
    • A: You will notice a significant drop off in flavor immediately. Pro-tip: give the dial a quick turn to 10 to test if there's any left, if not - time to pick a new flavor to enjoy!
  • Q: How does the cost compare to bottled beverages?
    • A: One Cirkul Sip enhances around 80oz of water on average, so you can fill up your Cirkul bottle four times before you need to change Sips! Subscribe and save to get bottles as low as $0.59 each! Additionally, Cirkul Sips are made with high quality ingredients, natural flavors, and a unique delivery system to provide you a healthy, customized beverage AND save you money.
  • Q: How big is a Cirkul Sip?
    • A: A Cirkul sip is 4" tall, about 1" wide, and weighs ~1oz.
  • Q: Can I take Cirkul Sips through TSA?
    • A: Yes. Our Sips are well under the 3oz limit, so you can bring them with you to stay hydrated and save money wherever your travels take you!
  • Q: Are Cirkul Sips safe for diabetics to drink?
    • A: People with diabetes should always consult their physician, registered dietitian or certified diabetes educator to evaluate how certain foods can fit into their meal plan. That said, Cirkul Sips can be an excellent sugar-free beverage option for people living with diabetes.
  • Q: Are Cirkul Sips safe for children?
    • A: It's always wise to check with your children's pediatrician for medical advice, but the ingredients in Cirkul Sips are recognized as safe for everyone, children included. However, since kids already bounce off the walls and Cirkul GoSips contain caffeine, we'd advise against children consuming them.
  • Q: Are Cirkul Sips safe for pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers?
    • A: We'd recommend talking to your physician or healthcare provider about adding anything to your diet while pregnant or breastfeeding, but the ingredients in Cirkul Sips are recognized as safe for everyone.
  • Q. What kind of stevia do you use?
    • A: We use RightSweet™ Stevia 97% Stevia in our stevia sweetened blends.
  • Q. What are the natural flavors in each formula?
    • A: Fruit Punch – all natural blend of orange, pineapple, and cherry flavors.
      Coconut Pineapple – all natural blend of two different coconut flavors and a delicious pineapple extract.
      Sweet Tea & Lemon – all natural blend of black tea and hint of lemon extract.

  • Q: I took my cartridge out and water is dripping from the bottom.
    • A: During use, the Sip can fill with water. After drinking, give it a few moments to clear the Sip before removing from the lid.

  • Q: How many ounces is the Cirkul bottle?
    • A: 22 ounces.
  • Q: Are the bottle and lid dishwasher safe?
    • A: Yes, please use the top-rack.
  • Q: My lid squeaks, help!
    • A: Not to worry, that's just an audible reminder of all the hydrating you're doing! Totally kidding, to stop the squeak - remove the lid from the bottle, look under the top, you'll see a small valve - remove it fully and then re-insert it into the hole from which it came. This should eliminate the squeak, happy hydrating!
  • Q: Does the Cirkul bottle fit in my car cup holder?
    • A: Yes, the Cirkul bottle fits most standard cup holders.
  • Q: Does the water in my bottle have flavor left in it from the Cirkul Sip?
    • A: Nope. Our patented technology contains a one way valve that prevents any back flow from the Sip into the bottle. Feel free to switch flavors in and out with the same water in your bottle.
  • Q: Can I use Cirkul Sips with a different bottle?
    • A: Yep, all you need is our Cirkul lid and you're ready to rock. Our lid utilizes a standard wide-mouth fitment which means it will fit right on most popular wide-mouth water bottles that you may already own.
  • Q: Can I use sparkling water in my bottle?
    • A: Cirkul Sips have been designed for use with plain water, but our initial tests seem to indicate that sparkling works just as well! We're doing some more research into this - stay tuned!
  • Q: Is my bottle dishwasher safe?
    • A: Yes your bottle is top-rack dishwasher safe, and we recommend washing it before your first use. We also recommend cleaning your bottle at the end of each day of use.
  • Q: My bottle is squeaking when I drink.
    • A: That's just our air valve saying hello! All kidding aside, the air valve located on the top of the lid (which balances the pressure in the bottle) can sometimes squeak when you first receive it. After a few bottles it should stop. A cycle through the dishwasher also seems to help. It's one of those quirks that seems to come with new products and we're working hard to make get rid of it!   • Q: Can my bottle be dropped?
    • A: The Cirkul bottle can withstand drops from low heights depending on the surface. We recommend treating your bottle carefully to prevent any damage.
  • Q: Can I use hot water in my Cirkul bottle?
    • A: No. Cirkul is only meant to be used with cold or room temperature water.

    • A: Trick question - It's FREE! Within the continental United States, we offer free shipping on any order.
  • Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
    • A: Currently we’re only offering Cirkul in the United States. We hope to bring Cirkul to more countries in the near future!
  • Q: I forgot my password.
    • A: Oops! Let's get you a new password. On our site, click "Log In" and select "Forgot Password". Type in your email and click "Submit". We'll send you an email immediately with instructions on how to reset your password.
  • Q: How do I change my log in/email?
    • A: Easy peasy - Log In to your account and select “Your Details”. Select the EMAIL section and update your info!
  • Q: How do I change my password?
    • A: Easy peasy - Log In to your account and select “Your Details”. Select the PASSWORD field, enter your old password, and update to your new one!
  • Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?
    • A: Typically, orders arrive within 5-10 business days. We're looking into expedited options, stay tuned!
  • Q: Can I get products without a subscription?
    • A: Certainly, just head on over to our Products page. Click on the product(s) you want to order, select the quantity and then press the “add to cart” button. Once you're done, click your cart to checkout and get your order on the way!
  • Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
    • A: You can stop your Cirkul Sip deliveries with us at any time, for any reason, right on your profile page. Once you're logged in, click on "My Account", select "Your Details", and click “Cancel Your Plan”. Here are some tips: If you want your Sips sooner or later than normal, you can reschedule your next delivery at any time between shipments. Just email help@drinkcirkul.com. If you need your Sips sent to a different location (e.g. to a seasonal home), you can edit your address for each subscription online under your profile as well. Have more questions?   • Q: How do I order a bottle?
    • A: Select “Products” at the top of the page, click on the bottle you want to order, select the quantity, and then press the “add to cart” button. Visit the shopping cart to finish your order.
  • Q: How do I order more cartridges?
    • A: Select “Products” at the top of the page. Click on the flavor cartridges you want to order, select the quantity, and then press the “add to cart” button. Visit the shopping cart to finish your order.
  • Q: How do you ship?
    • A: When you select our free shipping option, we send our packages using a service called FedEx SmartPost. FedEx will pick up your package for the first half of the journey, and then pass it off to the USPS - so it goes from your local Post Office to your doorstep. You can ship anywhere the USPS ships, including physical addresses and PO Boxes. You'll receive a tracking number from us in your inbox as soon as it ships! We currently only offer one free shipping option but plan to expand expedited options very soon.
  • Q: Do I need to sign up for a free trial to order Cirkul?
    • A: Our free trial is simply our way to let you give Cirkul a spin easily and with no risk. You definitely don’t need to sign up for a free trial, feel free to visit our Plans page to subscribe and save or Products page to get all of your Cirkul essentials.
  • Q: Do you accept food stamps?
    • A: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept food stamps at this time. We're looking into the possibility and will update this section if it becomes available. Stay tuned!
  • Q: Are orders to the same address shipped together?
    • A: Orders are grouped & shipped based on email address, so orders to the same physical address may not always be shipped together.
  • Q: How do I remove something from my cart?
    • A: Click on “Cart” at the top right of the page. On this page select the orange ‘X’ next to the item you want to remove.
  • Q: My bottle is damaged.
    • A: Oh no! That's the last thing we want to hear! Please contact us at help@drinkcirkul.com with any concerns about damaged product so we can get you back to hydrating in a custom, convenient and clean way!

    • A: No, Cirkul will only be available at DrinkCirkul.com and will be delivered directly to your door! Sending Cirkul directly to you, our customers, saves you the hassle of driving to the store and ensures that you get the product for the lowest price possible.

    • A: Absolutely! If you want to jump right into the hydration plan, you can go here to subscribe and save. Don't forget a bottle!
  • Q: How do I modify my Plan online?
    • A: You can add or remove the number of Sips in you shipment and also adjust your flavor selections all in the “My Account” page.
  • Q: How do I cancel my plan?
    • A: You can stop your Cirkul Sip deliveries with us at any time, for any reason, right on your profile page.

  • Q: Do I have to be on a monthly subscription to get product?
    • A: Nope! If you’d rather order as-needed, you can do that through the Products page of our website, however - subscribers do get a nifty discount for being such loyal customers!
  • Q: Can I order more as-needed products separate from my subscription order?
    • A: Yep, not a problem. All you need to do is log in to your account, visit our Products page, and pick your goodies! This order will ship immediately separate from your subscription.

Billing/Payment

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?
    • A: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
  • Q: My credit card was accidentally charged.
    • A: Please first check on your active subscriptions with us. To find that info, log in to your profile and select "Subscriptions" under your account. Still have a question? Submit a request to help@drinkcirkul.com!
  • Q: I see ‘Stripe’ on my bank statement - what’s that?
    • A: Stripe is one of our payment partners. In some cases, you might see 'Stripe' (or a variation of Stripe) on your credit card statement within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Within a day, ‘Cirkul’ should appear on your statement in its place. If you have any questions or concerns about this, just reach out and we can help confirm your order!
  • Q: There is a $1 charge on my bank statement - what’s that about?
    • A: Awesome question! Don’t worry, that $1 is simply a holding charge. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will be charged for exactly the total of your order, and that $1 pending charge will disappear. It's just your bank talking to our bank saying "Yep, this is a real account."

  • Q: Can I refer and earn rewards for sharing?
    • A: Yes you can! Visit your profile for your unique referral link, which you can copy and share through email, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
  • Q: What do I get for sharing?
    • A: When you use your unique referral link, for every five people you sign up for a free starter kit you get a $5 coupon to apply to your next order!
  • Q: One of my friends signed up but I didn’t get credit, why?
    • A: To give you credit we need your friend to use your unique link that’s on your profile page or in the emails we send on your behalf. If your friend used another customer’s unique link or didn’t use a referral link you won’t be credited.
  • Q: I invited someone but they never received an invite.
    • A: Have them check their spam folder or try copy and pasting your unique code into a message and send it directly. If someone is already a Cirkul customer they won’t get additional invites.
