Emergency ResponseCO₂ Exchange/Return - Shipping & Handling Instructions
The exchange/return packaging provided by Cirkul® comes with all necessary labels and permits. Do not use other boxes to avoid any potential shipping issues. Do NOT cover the Department of Transportation (DOT) DOT-SP Number.

DOT-SP 21733Need to return your CO₂ cylinders? Here's how:
Prepare the Return Box:
- Open the CO₂ Refill Box and remove the prepaid shipping label.
Extend the Interior Flap:
- Inside the box, you will find an interior flap.
- Gently extend this flap to create a secure compartment for the CO₂ cylinder.
Place the First CO₂ Cylinder:
- Place the clear cap onto the CO₂ cylinder.
- Place the CO₂ cylinder snugly into the slot near the extended flap.
Close the Interior Flap:
- Place the interior flap over the top and side of the CO₂ cylinder.
Add a Second Cylinder (if needed):
- If you have a second CO₂ cylinder to return, place it in the box on top of the flap.
Close the Box:
- Tuck in all remaining flaps completely. Securely seal the box with packing tape to prevent it from opening during transit.
Attach the Prepaid Shipping Label:
- Attach the prepaid shipping label over the original shipping label ensuring it doesn't cover the Department of Transportation (DOT) SP-21733 number.
Ship Your Package via FedEx
- Take the packaged cylinders to the nearest FedEx retail store, dropbox or retail affiliate store such as Walgreens. You can find a list of locations by going to https://local.fedex.com/en-us and entering your zip code.
