Getting started with your StrawSip™ Tumbler

First, unscrew the lid and fill your tumbler with water and ice. Then, reattach the lid for either left or right-hand use. Now, choose your favorite flavor Sip® cartridge. Attach the Sip® to the lid by turning it clockwise until securely fastened.

How does the straw work in the tumbler?

The StrawSip™ technology is a game-changer because you can enjoy Cirkul Sip cartridges with a straw for the first time! Instead of tipping with your Cirkul bottle, simply sip from your Cirkul Tumbler as you would with a straw. Talk about convenience!

How should I clean the StrawSip™ Tumbler?

It’s recommended to handwash your Tumbler. Remove the Sip from the lid. Then, unscrew the lid and disassemble the straw components for thorough cleaning. Hand wash all parts in warm, soapy water and let them air dry completely. Once dry, reassemble the tumbler pieces and attach the lid to the tumbler.

Does this work with a Cirkul Sip® cartridge?

Yes, all the Sips are 100% compatible with the All-Day StrawSip™ Tumbler! The flavor mixes as you drink, so switching between regular and flavored water is a breeze. Enjoy your favorite flavors anytime, anywhere!

Is the StrawSip™ lid sold separately, and is it interchangeable?

The StrawSip™ Tumbler lid comes with the All-Day StrawSip™ Tumbler, but if you're looking for something extra, Walmart has a Purple and Pink StrawSip™ Lid with a bumper to add some flair!

Will I get the same amount of flavor as I do in the other bottle?

Each Cirkul cartridge contains an equivalent amount of flavor to six 20oz. conventional bottled beverages. Results will vary based on dial setting.

What should I do if the first few sips are dry?

Go ahead and take a couple of sips to start. The first few sips may be dry as you begin to pull the water up. Get the flow going and enjoy refreshing hydration!

How does the Dual Position Lid work?

Place the lid on the tumbler with the arrow pointing towards your preferred handle direction (L for left-handed and R for right-handed). Rotate the lid clockwise until it is securely closed. Once closed, the Sip opening will be facing you. Now, you’re ready to enjoy your Cirkul Tumbler and take a sip!

How can I adjust the flavor intensity on the StrawSip™ Tumbler?

Use the Flavor Dial™ on the Sip® to adjust the flavor intensity. The number indicates the flavor intensity, with 0 being plain water and 9 being maximum flavor. To pop open the cap, squeeze the cap where it says “press to open.” To secure the cap, clip it onto the fin.

Is the tumbler dishwasher safe?

We recommend handwashing your Tumbler.

How much ice should I use for an optimal drinking experience?

Keep ice levels moderate for optimal water flow and the best sipping experience.
