At Cirkul, September isn’t just a regular month. It’s “Siptember,” marking a month-long event where everything is all about you—the Sipsters we are all so grateful for! With such a passionate community of people who love to drink water, there’s bound to be a public forum created by real Cirkul fans where everyone shares the Cirkul love all day, every day. It’s true, and you can find this community on the Inner Cirkul Facebook group, created by a real Sipster, Cynthia.  

Cynthia started the group on April 16, 2018, and has run it ever since, aided by her admin team, Robin and Lyndsie. Cynthia says it all began with her first Starter Kit and a funny interaction with a customer service agent from Cirkul.

“I started the group the day I received my first kit because I fell in love that fast,” said Cynthia. 

Upon starting The Inner Cirkul group, she reached out to customer service and happened to mention the brand new group she created.

“The agent even joked back and forth with me, and I mentioned the group and asked if the name was OK,” said Cynthia. “The agent got back to me within 48 hours and told me it was perfect!”

The rest is history! Fast-forward seven years, and the group has reached over 64,000 members, a number Cynthia says is growing every day. 

“It’s wild, I never could have imagined [The Inner Cirkul] would be what it is today,” said Cynthia. “This group is not just a group; it’s a community, a true community.”

With group rules like being kind and courteous, no promotions or spam, and respecting everyone’s privacy, Cynthia says she works hard to make the Inner Cirkul group a safe space for people to share their love of Cirkul products and the brand. 

“I am very protective of this community and Cirkul in general. Who knew a water bottle could change so many lives in a positive way?” said Cynthia.

Members of the Inner Cirkul community don’t just share enthusiasm over Cirkul—they frequently offer each other flavor recommendations, show off their bottle collections, and even post pictures of their unique Sip® cartridge storage setups! Cynthia says Cirkul has absolutely transformed the way she drinks water, and she is grateful to have found the brand.
