My bottle drips, help!
Cirkul, the first product to flavor as you drink, has a one-way valve to keep the flavor from flowing into the bottle. Because of this valve, water can sometimes get trapped in the flavor cartridge. To ensure the delicious water ends up in your mouth and not on your shirt, just keep lightly sipping as you tilt the bottle down. Easy as that – the drips are gone!

If the drips were intended, we'd have included an umbrella with your order! All jokes aside, Cirkul is the first product to flavor as you drink, and as a result - there can sometimes be a small amount of water left in the flavor chamber of the cartridge when you take a sip.

I wish my Sips lasted longer.
One Cirkul Sip enhances about 6 bottle fill ups on a medium setting. Of course, how long the flavor lasts depends on how much flavor you want to add to your water. The lower the setting, the longer the flavor will last. If you want your Sip to last longer, just dial it down.
